NOTE
All rentals must have a signed Rental agreement With deposit check of half of total rent amount due at signing. Deposit can be returned if renter cancels (two) 2 weeks before event. Large Rental parties must have a cleaning fee attached ($200). All rentals must provide liabability insurance covering 1 Million Dollars. Insurance policy is due two (2) weeks before event. Final Payment of rental is due 2 weeks before event
